Tyda ("the App") is a family safety and location sharing service developed by Trify Link Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). It helps families stay connected and safe through GPS tracking, emergency alerts, camera and microphone use. By using Tyda, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Permissions and Data Collection

• Location/GPS Data: For real-time updates within your trusted network.
• Camera Access: Used for profile photos and emergencies.
• Microphone Access: Enables voice communication and alerts.

Permissions are user-controlled and optional, but some features may not work if disabled. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated info.
• Use the app respectfully within trusted networks only.
• Keep your device and account secure.

4. Privacy and Data Security

We use encryption and secure storage to protect your data. While we strive for security, we cannot guarantee 100% protection. Use Tyda at your own risk.

Trify Link Limited is not liable for losses, damages, or issues caused by app usage.

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms or engage in abuse or illegal activity.
